Meet Scott

Scott White is an executive recruiter specializing in communications, investor relations, patient advocacy, and digital roles across biotech, pharma, and medical devices. His work focuses on roles that sit close to visibility, trust, and decision-making — where getting it right matters.

Scott believes hiring is rarely a binary decision. The right hire isn’t always the most impressive resume. It’s the person who fits the moment, the culture, and the realities of the role. He approaches search as a long-term decision, not a transaction, balancing speed with rigor and alignment, and helping leadership teams think clearly about tradeoffs that matter.

He serves on the Advisory Board of Ticket to Biotech (T2B), a global community for biopharma communications professionals, and remains closely connected to the field through ongoing dialogue and industry events such as JPM.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys travel, design projects, and staying active. He’s also a proud dog dad to his Goldendoodle, George.
